The Donation Journey

The full path from responding to a request to completing the donation.

A donation happens in a few clear steps. You can follow which step you are on from the detail page.

  • Respond The donor presses **I want to donate** to respond.
  • Approval The requester **approves** or declines the response.
  • On the way & arrived The donor marks that they are on the way and have arrived.
  • Donation completed Mark it **Completed** after donating. The donor availability then pauses for 4 months.

The faster you update the status, the better the coordination.

For a multi-bag request, each donor has their own separate journey.
